Around 85 percentile in CAT/XAT, this is a decent college to go for. It's 40+ years old, so it has a legacy of its own as well as a decent alumni base. The placements are good and being centrally located gives the college a competitive advantage over some of its peers. The academic rigor and curriculum are good enough and on par with other good B-schools as well. For admissions, you have to appear in CAT/XAT, and then if shortlisted, there's an interview along with a Business Awareness Quiz and Extempore. CAT/XAT's weightage is only 35%, so it becomes crucial that you prepare well for your interview and extempore. I used various online and free resources to prepare for my PI and Extempore and gave some mock interviews as well.
The PGDM and PGDM(IB) programs are NBA accredited and boast a good alumni network, thus becoming a good option if looking among its peers. The placements are also at Par with another B-school and this year, we had an average placement of around 16LPA, and almost everyone got placed. Companies such as BMW, Gartner, ICICI Bank, V-Guard, Capgemini and a lot more visit the campus for both summer and final placements.
College is behind in its infrastructure and campus space, there's no playground or in-campus hostel and it's a really small campus, so you don't have many extra-curricular and sports options here on the campus. The annual fest Genesis happens around September and it's the most fun 2 days of the college, apart from that, there are numerous fun activities, like the freshers, the farewell party, the Diwali party, and so on. The library is small but well optimized and you get an ample option. There are several social groups and clubs and almost all of them are student-run only, so you have a lot of options to explore from. Coming to the hostel, FORE doesn't have a hostel of its own, they have a hostel on lease in the nearby area, and if you wish to live outside, you can rent a room or PG in outside areas such as Adchini, Katwaria, Ber Sarai, etc.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.

So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
