- The infrastructure of the college is very good. It is well versed with the latest tech.
- The campus life is also good. There are a lot of handout spots Where you can chill along with your friends
Dislikes
- There is nothing as such that I dislike about the College. It’s on a prime location, and you can find a lot of food corners nearby.
- The only problem I had was that there was no hostel within the college
Remarks :
My selection was based on my cat percentile which was 86.11 After which I had applied to for school of management and got shortlisted for an interview, The interview was based on the recent news and about persons intellectual level and his hobbies and later got finalised as a student
Course Curriculum Overview :
To talk about the course I shows it was mainly because I am really into finance and I particularly feel that finances the backbone of the industry and there is a lot of growth potential in finance the The faculties in FORE school of management are all From IIM and are well versed with industry practices
Internships Opportunities :
There are a lot of companies that come for the summer internship, example Barclays came with a stipend of one lakh rupees per month D E shaw came With a stipend of one lakh rupees per month and there are various other companies like Garner HCL,Wipro, Infosys, who come for the Internships plus there are a lot of companies who come up with their life projects as well
Placement Experience :
There are different eligibility criteria for placements, particular to the courses that you have selected example, if you have taken finance and big data analysis, as your specialisation is, you can apply for companies who need finance and for companies who need big data plus there are companies who are open to all specialisations approximately 99.99% students get placed my plans after the degree is to get a job and to be independent
Campus Life :
We have one first name, Genesis, which is conducted by the Home committee nexus. There are amenities in the college itself. The classrooms are amazing. They are air-conditioned with and have smart boards. There are a lot of committees in the college. For instance, there are SIGs for every domain. Then there is a dedicated placement committee and a lot of core committees. There is a particularly know Hostel within the campus, but the college is affiliated with a lot of of hostels.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
