I had chosen this college as it is the best college in Navi Mumbai for Mechanical Engineering. This college has the best placements among all the colleges in Navi Mumbai in Mechanical Branch. Last year almost 80% of students got placed and the rest took Masters. Therefore I had opted for this college.
The curriculum is based on Mumbai University. Which is outdated. The exams are happening on time. Faculties are good they have good knowledge of their domain. The HOD of the Mechanical Branch is too good. He is very helpful to students.
Godrej & Boyce is the prime company for placements they give around 7 lakh/annum every year. Other than this Worley is there. They give around 4 lpa every year. Almost 50% of students get placed. The placement graph is also kind of good we can say.
For open candidates, the fee is 1 lakh 9 thousand approx, but for OBC, SC & ST scholarships is there. For OBC fee is 60k, same is for SC. For ST fee is 6000 per year. Till now placements are happening therefore there is chances for placements.
The campus is not too good. But the fests are very good. autoexpo is the largest autoexpo of navi mumbai. Triumphant Racers is the club of the Formula Student team. They developed Formula-style race cars every year.
The hostel is average. Food quality is also average along with hygiene. Improvement should be there. But the management is not listening to the students about the complaints. Hostel hygiene is also not very good.
No, I didn't face any of the above. For admission, only MHTCET is required. If the MHTCET is not high then also it is okay. I got this through JEE and CET scores, and if someone had not given any of the above exams. They can take admission directly through the management quota.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
