- The college building and hostel is 10/10 in infrastructure the college campus have 50:50 greenary and land ratio.
Dislikes
- The environment is so cool in winter and too hot in summer to play outside in midday.
Remarks :
I wanted to do engineering from a college which come in my budget, this college have a very low fees of 400000 for 4 years of the course period, in which tution fees, hostel fees and mess fees are included. They have good teachers with PhD, M-tech and MBA degree holders. There is a very large workshop and labs for all the required subjects and lab supervisors too which is the best part of the college and the intuition area is so peaceful. They have a huge library with a student capacity of 200 at one time with large numbers of books available. The only bad aspect i found is some time few of teachers are not that practically perfect to make the students understand the topic and the lectures goes little long, and you can have a little language barrier to if you are an outsider.
Course Curriculum Overview :
They help you 100% to get scholarship with national scholarship portal. I myself claimed the amount of 1.92 lacks from this portal which is almost the half of my overall fees. They have vast role in sports and art, All the games are available in college to play and art competition is common in every month.
Internships Opportunities :
There is an industrial training in every course of btech For which the college Collab with Tata technologies and you can get internship from TATA technologies. The internship fees was 10000 in 2021 and they have the modern technologies to teach you and to make you know how the industry works and how can you get placed for your dream job.
Placement Experience :
I myself got placed in a railway manufacturing company with the package of 400000 lacks. But you have the clear all the subjects and get atleast 75% of marks to be eligible for the placement. Some of the famous company which visit the college for placement is Railtech technologies Pvt Ltd Maruti Suzuki Tata technologies Honda etc. 40% of students got placed in industry and almost 95% gets job after study.
Campus Life :
I myself lived in hostal. The institute conducts different types of competition related to sports and art and all other skills twice every month. They have a library of more than 5000 books related to course available and social too. The mess have a good food quality with different meal 3 time every day.

To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
