I had guidance from my seniors and teachers. Also, I searched on the internet. It was my parents also who suggested me about this university. I did discuss with some of my seniors who are alumni of Delhi University
Course Curriculum Overview :
This course is very much job-oriented and gives a good opportunity to continue with research and higher education. This course is very versatile. This is very relevant for students who want to continue as a researcher
Internships Opportunities :
This college gives you several opportunities to work as an intern. They collaborate with several organizations that hire interns. I have not participated in any such internship but I will join in the upcoming days
Placement Experience :
This is more of a job-oriented program. As an HR. They train you accordingly and make you familiar with real-life working environments through seminars and workshops. They conduct several workshops that made you familiar with the corporate world
Campus Life :
This college has a very good academic environment. They give a good social life through conducting several fest and events. They allow us to develop the holistic personality development of an individual as a team member

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
