- I like the faculties over here quite friendly and cooperative. They guided me very well and the environment is studious and peaceful.
- College library provide each and every standard book for students to get thoroughly.
Dislikes
- More cleanliness and hygiene should be maintained in food and water .
- Campus is smaller than I expected and no ground is there.
Remarks :
To seek admission in Roland institute of pharmaceutical sciences berhampur you need to appear in OJEE and NEET entrance exam. For pursuing b pharm, m pharm, dpharm . Cutoff here is below rank 1000. And students scoring below rank 100 will get scholarship. Ojee exam is easy to moderate with 120 questions and negative marking in CBT mode.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course cause I'm more into chemistry I like drug formulation. Faculties are cooperative and GPAT rank holders here with a good knowledge and skills. The ojee exam was conducted for 2 hours with 4 different sessions and 480 total marks awarded. Fee hike over here occurs every 3-4 year .
Internships Opportunities :
Industrial internships are worthy enough with a stipend of 5000 per month in the top recruiting companies like Wipro, cipla, Glenmark, aqualogica, dr reddy, etc. Hospital internship nearby or in ur locality facilities are available with practical knowledge of giving saline,main OT, injection, medication etc.
Placement Experience :
To achieve something obviously you have to work hard for it nd at the end hard work pays off. Not just be a book work implement those words in practical knowledge and skills . And 9 cgpa is needed to get a good posting. The average package offered is 3 LPA. Students are getting placed around 30%>. I'm planning for masters after this for higher studies.
Campus Life :
College celebrate annual fest Elixir and annual sports festivals like Ganesh Puja , holi and Saraswati Puja are celebrated including diwali. I'm in a social club group which helped me to enhance my leadership skills along with decision making and problem solving skills and enhanced my critical thinking abilities. Hostel fee including mess is 50000 . The food quality in mess is average. Hostel rooms are spacious enough with all the affordability and assets.

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
