Its has a good infrastructure with all facilities like athletic ground, well maintained hostels, in campus bank postal services and other amenities. Central library with 57000+ books Gymnasium To get into course of architecture in our college Student should clear NATA Examination With either 10+2 or 10+3 You should have minimum of 70 marks in nata to enter our institute
Course Curriculum Overview :
I had a keen interest in this field from q very early age qs i was very passionate about building and structures Our facility has completed thier PHD And some are pursuing phd as of now qnd all of them hold masters degree We have 2 semester a year and 2 mid semester test per semester and have a moderate level of difficulty Fees hike is not mush as it is a government institution and cost of study in architecture is usually high because of other expenses like stationary and field trips We have pms scholarship program
Internships Opportunities :
No i haven't opted for any internship as i am currently in 2nd semester But i am looking for internships after this semester and i already have offer from firms in chandigarh and delhi in which i will be doing my internships
Placement Experience :
We have campus placement You shouldn't have any back in any subject at the time of completion of degree We have companies like byjus, justdail,etc Almost 50% percent of our students are placed in on campus recruitment Highest package was 15 l.p.a. Average is around 2.5 l.p.a. My plan after degree is to open my own firm
Campus Life :
We had our inter college fest 'TARANNUM' In the month of October 2023 Career fest 'ARCADIA' in April 2024 We have large collection of books with 57000+ hard copy and 100000+ online books Our classroom are well equipped and air conditioned We have bassketball court, volleyball court, Lawn tennis court, indoor badminton court, Gymnasium, athletic ground, and under under construction sports complex with every indoor sports We have literary club, ncc, In architecture we are one of the oldest member college at NASA INDIA which is a student runned national association for students of architecture We have good and we'll maintained hostel And in-house mess at every hostel We have total of 7 hostels in which 2 are girls and 5 are boys Fees for 6 months is 10000 without mess And mess bill usually ranges from 3000-3500 per month Security deposit is 9500 which is refundable

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
