- Time table of the college attracted me and there is less time gap between classes so you can have proper time management and can do rest of things with college
- The NCC unit of the college is one of the best organisation....may former CDTs of the Ncc unit of SGNDKC are now officers at the defence forces
Dislikes
- Very small campus leading to less engagement of students and boring college life
- The campus does not have proper ground or open are for activities and is very crowded mostly the canteen is also very average
Remarks :
Mainly the perfect time table and the NCC group of this college attracted me and is also near to most of the north campus collges so you can attend fest and all there too i didn't faced any group discussion or interview but I had to give CUET exam for the same
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose BAP with history+ pol as I was already a humanities student in my +2. Teachers are highly qualified and are regular too. The college comes under DU and exams are conducted semester wise. Overall the fees is just normal but compared to private universities it is very less
Internships Opportunities :
The internship comes from the various companies and other sources but the official ones are notified on the DUs website so one can opt from there also. Personally i have attended only one internship of Rocksport company which was private company and did marvelous chiefs for me
Placement Experience :
Many companies comes for placement and job opportunities and college have its own placement week gor the same.many students dont opt for placement as the perks are very low but some of then get it to . My plans are to become a teacher is the same college though
Campus Life :
SURLOK is the annual fest of college and is mostly conducted in the first week of April. The library of the college is awesome with proper material. Classrooms are good with all the basic amenities sports society is also an attraction of the college there are many other societies of different departments to take part in NCC is the main attraction of the SGNDKC... talking about the canteen is pretty average with normal rates of food quality is just ok ... accommodation near the college is not very expensive compared to the north campus and south campus but you can find cheaper accommodation a bit far of college. The campus is very small so you can't expect a very joyful campus life but overall everything is just fine.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
