Remarks :

Good aspects: 1. Not so high but also not low cut-offs (can be found on websites) 2. Great placements (16LPA avg , 12 median) Assured rise this year (18+lpa avg expected) 3. Get your JEE mains done and josaa can get you here 4. Unlike other IIITs and NITs we are currently located nearer to the city so yes connectivity and all of Pune are within reach every time Bad aspects : 1. NO CAMPUS(Believe us , this hurts) 2. Medicore Student life 3. Clubs trying their best but limited performance cuz of campus constraints 4. Some not-so-great faculty not all

Course Curriculum Overview :

I've chosen this for the sake of placements and made up my mind to let go of the fun and campus life but that is a regret for life. Campus is important and we are assured to get it by the first quarter of 2025. The curriculum is very very very flexible and student-friendly...exams are easy to crack Term 1, and Term 2 exams for 20 each at the end of each month, and End sem for 60 is the structure with labs separately for some subjects. Our semester spans for 3..4 months that's it. The curriculum is the latest and more suitable to the current outside industry. Academic pressure is very very manageable and teachers are not that pointy. Currently, no scholarship from the college but they help the students to get any possible scholarships in any other ways if possible.

Internships Opportunities :

As of now..being in FY no. But the seniors and the club leaders that I've got to get in touch with are found to be doing great in terms of internships with good stipends and PPOs. They are very open to discussion.

Placement Experience :

Only reason why to choose our campus. Our placements are the only reason why we stand in the top 5 or 6 IIITs as of now the statistics can be found on the official website and also other websites and we are assured they are going to boom even in a recession. Avg - 16.25 LPA Highest - 53 LPA Median - 12 LPA RECENT(yet to be updated) Highest - 88LPA Avg - 18 LPA Median - don't know. Internships are good and college asks for a 7.5+ cgpa for eligibility for campus placements the companies can increase that according to their need

Campus Life :

Campus life is mediocre. Clubs are diverse and all are trying hard to make their co-ed students and junior college experience better. But constraints limit us for many. Fests and all are rare. But coding events, online treasure hunts, and hackathons are common and we do have some great coders here! The culture is good. Sports are like once or twice a year and yeah we don't have a ground. We share Sinhagad's. The library is not so great as of now with academic books sufficiently available. The hostel is pretty good, The mess food is average to below average. They don't serve nonveg but a lot of hotels around the hostels so no problem. 4 boys per hostel room with attached bathroom and utility space and they are clean and good, 24/7 hot water(bath) and cold water anytime for drinking are available...washing machines are not available. The mess fee feels completely unworthy..6 months 22500 and any excess amount will be cut from the next payment and the hostel feels worthy with 65000 for a complete year.

Placement Experience :

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
