- I like the faculty which is a very crucial point for choosing a college like here the faculty is very highly educated and experienced nd also they guide us for our future nd guide us to choose the stream wisely
- I like courses also here u can also see vocational courses in a wide range I was searching if I can pursue graduation in cosmetology in Amritsar but there is no college that is offering bachelor's degree in cosmetology and also in a such avg price so that's why I choosed this college

I had chosen this college because I want to pursue my bachelor's degree in cosmetology it has a wide range of courses and diplomas its infrastructure structure and faculty are great and it offers scholarship fee concessions to students according to their 12 percent
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I want to pursue a course according to my passion Teaching methods are quite good but as my course is practical based more than the theoretical you have to practice it more than just understand it Fees are quite average according to the course u can learn everything in cosmetology like hair makeup and nails as well and they also give fee concessions according to students 12 marks but for only 1 year from the 2nd year onwards u have to pay an annual fee of 34k in two installments first installment is of 14k and the second installment is of 10k.
Internships Opportunities :
I have not opted for any internship because my course is not completed yet but I will opt internship on completion of my course in VLCC, Lakme , and London Beauty nd the stipend would be 7-8k be as I listened to my seniors in college
Placement Experience :
Placements are offered to students from various dept like journalism Mirchi radio visits often for the fresh interns or placements The students got average packages as per their course like 6lakh p.a
Campus Life :
I do not having the proper knowledge of fests as I am a fresher but there will be a fresher's party for us and various fests for students arranged by Gndu (Guru Nanak Dev University) Books and journals are mostly available in the library but as of my course I didn't need that Various clubs run by the college like the NCC club and other sports like kho kho

To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
