No. You don't need to take any test to apply for this college. The student just need to take any competitive exams like JEE Mains or OJEE. That's it. After that you will be choosen from the ranking basis. For that you will have to first book a seat here by paying 20000 rupees in advance or just by just using the counseling method. Don't worry the 20000 rupees is refundable and it will be adjusted with your upcoming yearly fees. Also you have to pay another 10000 for the OJEE counseling fees. It is also refundable. That's the whole admission process. It's very easy and less time taking.
Well I choosed this course because of the high market demands. Then if we talk about the faculties of this college then they are actually pretty good. I mean they teaches you very patiently. They are very qualified and also very friendly. That's why it helps a lot to the student to understand the concept as the teachers behave like friends. Well yes it is also true that some teachers are also strict but the they are so rare so it won't bother you. Then if we talk about the time gaps between semester/term exams then the gap is around 4 months for odd semester and 3 months for even semesters. Also there is 2 months gap after the even semester each year. It is actually the vacational gap. The exams are a little bit difficult to answer cause the questions are set by another university named as BPUT so it's impossible for the teacher to give important questions before exams and then if we talk about the price hike policy then I don't know about it and there's no scholarship available here.
Well. As a first year student I haven't applied for any internship but yes the students of our college get internships but that is after the 6th semester not now. Mostly the big companies like Tech Mahindra and Infosys are giving internship to our college and the stipend is around 10k-15k per month.
To seat in the campus there is no such eligibility criteria but yes most of the companies look for career first class. So it would be better if someone scores more than 60% in every exams including 10th and 10+2. Also atleast more than 7.5 CGPA will be better to get good jobs. Well if we talk about the recruiters then yes a lot of companies come for the campus such as TSC, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra etc. The average package in our college is 3.5LPA and the highest is 25LPA. Every year almost 70% of the total students get their jobs through campus. My plans are to going for M.Tech. after the degree.
Like other colleges even our college conduct cultural fests and it is named as Trifest. It held every year on the month of February. It is fun moment for the students. Then if we talk about the availability of books and journals then yes our college has a central library where you can just go and take any book you want but you have to return it within 1 year to avoid fine. Then if we talk about the classrooms then we don't have AC in the classroom but yes there is projector in every classroom to make the study effective. Our college also conduct Annual sports Evey year right before the Trifest with a lot of games. Then if we talk about the extra curricular activities then yes our college has a lot of clubs and social group for every section such as music, dance, drama, Communication, electronic etc. It actually helps a lot to the student to perform extra curricular activities. For the hostel review sorry I can't give it cause I'm a dayscolar. All I know is it is not that good.
After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement
There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.
for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.
It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.
Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.
Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .
The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.
Course Curriculum is well structured ,in first year, evry branch subjects are mostly common and from second year onwards they taught branch specific subjects. Faculties are highly educated and they are also clear their engineering from best colleges
Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
