At the time time of taking admission college look green but in the summer it did not look good, you should passed 12th, and if you have farm in your father's name it would benefit 10 extra marks at my time right now I don't know about it or if you had crop science subject in the 12th I also benefit of extra 10 marks
I had chosen this course because of my father, you should have passed 12th, the teachers were good at my time, there were 8th seminars to complete the course, for my last semester was difficult, I had to pay only around 4k because I come NTC category.
At my time I didn't get the internship, my project was the DNA analysis of ladies finger and I had to face a lot of difficulties because proper chemicals and guidelines were not available for me and my friends, I passed the last semester somehow
When I got passed out at that time there was no campus selection after graduation my friends started working in agriculture products marketing in this field you get a handsome salary but only boy can do it, I also started working as sales man of agriculture products of my company
At my time there was shortage of books but now the college is being developed, the college conducts cricket matches in every year and other sports as well, at my time there was no social group, club or not website I don't know about right now, hostel was good but food quality was usual, menu was chapatis rise and other more, you will get a form in college for the hostel and it was affordable, Wadala a small village is there if want to stay rental
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
