It's academy reputation is nice and campus facilities like classroom labs and libraries are very well maintained and have a good structure they give scholarship very easily on the basis of our percentage scored in 12th board exams and they provide bus facilities as well. They have created different clubs of art, music or dance etc.
I had interest in btech and and the qualification of each faculty is very high most of the teachers are from IITs the cost for studying is 12 lakhs plus your extra expenses. They conduct two exams between a semester one mid sem and other is the end sem and to maintain the score you have to score good I'm both the terms and the paper level is difficult enough to score good, meaning it's neither to easy nor to hard.
They typically have higher placements in IT software development consulting management etc. and the highest package is 84 lakhs per anum and average package is 10 lakhs per anum. The eligibility criteria for placements is that the student should clear his/her back if any.
The campus life is very food the curriculum is well maintained and the campus have facilities for enjoying or passing a good time they have parks inside the campus and a indoor game area a football ground library and cricket ground as well I haven't opted for hostel as I have rented a room near subhash nagar dehradun
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.
the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.
College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.
I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.
Agriculture department is all about Internships and we have good collaborations with various institutions and training labs for polishing the hands on practical. The college provide good opportunities of works. The departments like AME, BCA, IT, BHM has good placement record.
I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.
Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.
I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
There are good placement and job opportunities are there in off campus placement because there are many sites whivh provide job and internships like inteshala and there are many other platforms to find the job and internships
