Remarks :
Here, one doesn't have to take an exam to get admission to the regular course, but one has to take an exam to get admission to the self-financing course. As I am doing a BA degree here, I didn't have to take any exams, my selection was done based on my marks. But as we know this is the renowned university of Odisha, hence the competition is very high and the cut-off is also high.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I have a lot of interest in politics and this college will help me to enhance myself. The qualification of the faculty is taken care of very much here, there are very good highly dedicated teachers here and their teaching style is very easy due to which the concepts are understood quickly. So I have a three-year course which has 6-semester exams and 6 internal exams along with a lot of surprise tests. If we talk about fees then this college will be best for any middle-class family who wants good quality education at a low cost. Here only money is charged for those 6 semesters, which is very affordable.
Internships Opportunities :
As this is a BA course of mine, there is no placement for it but the placement of other courses in self-finance is very good. Many students have got a placement with a good package because it is a reputed college,70% of students get good placement. I will appear for the IAS exam after my graduation.
Campus Life :
Many types of fests are arranged here which are conducted in the starting month and ending month of the year. There are a total of three libraries of which is a central library and two small libraries and three libraries provide the facility of all types of books for the students. Sports facilities are provided here and there is also a sports club where the demands of the students are fulfilled in sports-related queries. There are many types of clubs here that are involved in the endeavor of developing the skills of the students. There are separate hostels of UG and PG for girls and boys which are very well taken care of and utmost attention is given to the cleanliness the food here is also better than other hostels.

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
