Pros and cons of joining MBBS course
Likes
- The college infrastructure is really good. You have a full air-conditioned classrooms. The labs here are great.
- The faculties here are great. They are very helpful towards students.
Dislikes
- Basically our college is not all at one place like it's a bit scattered. The campus and hostel are different for 1st years.
- The hostel curfew timing for 1st year is really disappointing because it's 8:30.
Remarks :
To get into this college you have to qualify NEET UG with a really good marks. The best thing about this college is it's teaching system like conducting small group teaching for better interaction and understanding.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because of my interest in medical field. The faculties here are highly qualified with MD MS degree some of them have written books which are widely published and studied all over the nation. Sessional exams are conducted in every 3 months and the level of paper is moderate it's just you have to be consistent in your studies. Since it's a private college the fee is little high but compared to colleges with higher fees it's the best and this you can also in NIRF ranking. One can take education loan to sponser his/her studies.
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't applied for any internship program. But in this degree there is a mandatory 1 year internship program in the hospital associated with college. In this internship you different departments to attend for a certain period of time. Here they actually give you the exposure of a doctor's life.
Placement Experience :
There is no campus placement in this degree. You have 1 year internship and then many apply for NEET PG, USMLE, PLAB for higher studies or join as a junior doctor in hospital for more clinical exposure. My plan is to prepare for NEET PG after my degree is completed and to get enrolled in MD or MS degree.
Campus Life :
Campus Life here is great. We had our interclass competition in March and then Invictus in April in which we have different types of sports competition and concerts. The library is really big having almost all the books of different authors in medical field. We have a really big sports complex here with gym and different indoor and outdoor sports facilities. We do have many clubs run by students like MUN Phacocache Surgery club etc these clubs really helps in enhancing you knowledge and personality. The food quality is good and we get both South Indian and North Indian cuisine. Once you get admission in college they will send you to hostel for further registration. The hostel fees is affordable according to the facilities it provides.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

I got placed in a company called Glory Infinity Private Limited, there other offers from The math school infosys ultratech every student had multiple offers from company. Not A very high packages but good opportunities

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
BSc Physics at Jain University
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
