Likes
- Academics is really good, faculties are supportive, there are really good research opportunities.
- Hostels are well maintained, the mess food is really good and healthy and most of them are tasty.
Dislikes
- Not much scope for cultural activities or sports. Clubs are not big but they are active. There are events so you can participate.
- This institute is located in a remote location. The nearest city is around 12 km. So not much scope for travel if you are up to that.
Remarks :
The primary reason behind choosing this collage was the direct absorption by ISRO after the completion of B.Tech. Now other than a job opportunity in ISRO there are not many good options as compared to the IITs but on campus placement situation is improving.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum of B.Tech Avionics is really good. The academics here can become hectic if you are not attending classes regularly. All faculties are top class. This college has one of the best teacher to student ratio in India, so that helps. For us the fees is 48000 rupees per semester, but you get full refund if you score 7.5 GPA or above. But from next batch the fees has increased and there is no refund.
Internships Opportunities :
I opted for internship inside the campus. You can opt for various ISRO centres or other places. There is a mandatory summer internship between 6th and 7th semester. You can do other internships other than that, but that can put pressure on your academics. So it,s up to you.
Placement Experience :
There is a placement cell in our college. But the on campus placement is not as good as the IITs. The primary focus of the students are to be absorbed by ISRO. Though from next year there will be no direct absorption in ISRO, so the on campus placement is improving.
Campus Life :
Hostels are really good, kept clean and well maintained. Some room can be hot during the summer time, other than that there is not much issue regarding the hostels. The library is top class and books are available. Now there is not much scopes for cultural activities and sports but you can join the clubs if you are really interested.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
