Remarks :
I got 94% in DU and merit cum basis got admission in the third round and i have PGDAV college and Motilal College so I chose Motilal College as it has good commerce faculty for study and some of my seniors i already knew from here
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty for commerce was very good and fees were also not very high and I had scholarships as I secured 94% in college so my fees were all covered and while the classes were online for most semester
Internships Opportunities :
I did my internship with UNICEF as a fundraiser as it was out house through agency and personal fundraising while it was very tough but was a very explosive opportunity and helped me in my growth and gave me enhanced experience
Placement Experience :
I did an internship with the opportunity provided by the placement cell of Motilal Nehru College and after graduation I started working at Paytm as I had referral from my relatives so I didn't get to know the placement
Campus Life :
Motilal doesn't have a hostel so stayed in PG in satya niketan while most of my semester were online due to CoVId last semester was very social met with friends and enjoyed the campus specially the canteen and times with friends on the hill

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
