Mount Carmel was the best option for me due to the wide variety of courses that it included. The admission process was completely online, No group discussions were held, and Interviews were taken to understand students' level. No need for any sort of written tests for the admission process.
One whole semester would just end in 4 months maximum and the curriculum for the whole academic year is fully and strategically planned by each HOD of the particular Department. The course I opted for was BSc.BEd CBZ it's a comparatively tougher course than other. Most of the professors have completed their post-graduation as well as PhD and are very well educated in their subjects. Term exams are conducted twice a semester and the question Paper is set according to the completion of the syllabus. A fee hike policy is available at MCC and the cost to study for a middle-class family student is not impossible but it may provide a great opportunity for an individual. Special scholarship for defence-based students and students of Karnataka or a particular state.
The college itself has provided a lot of internship opportunities from the very first semester of college. I worked as an intern in Kendriya Vidyalaya and Yeshaswi Vidyaniketan as an observer. The college will provide a lot of opportunities until you complete your degree.
The college has its placement cell. Most of the students get into good companies like KPMG, CISCO and even Accenture. The student easily gets into good companies due to the variety of courses provided by the college. My plans after completing my course are to do a few teaching practices in a few schools and join for my higher studies.
Campus life is so fun and exciting. Every month M has to offer a new opportunity to every student. The main fest of the college is CUl-ah mostly celebrated or conducted in February. Lots and lots of inter-college competitions and other programs take place. Khel the sports fest also initiated by the college in April month. The college has more than 65 associations to join and collaborate with other colleges. The hostel is a bit strict as it is taken care of by the mothers and sisters of the convent, Food is good. PG is available in the nearby locality Loafer Street and Cunningham Road, Benson Town etc.
For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc, shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.
the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
