- Infrastructure is good quite compact and covered with trees
- Faculty is good and highly educated and have a great teaching experience
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is bit old and not so modernized . College is in not good location
- Campus life is not that much great as there are no good amenities here. No food courts malls etc ordered here

My college SMT Urmila Devi Ayurvedic Medical College Hoshiarpur Good - there are 14 15 colleges in this university My college is good for studies The infrastructure is good with an ecosystem of trees and ayurvedic herbs. The admission process is simple. The offline admission process with document verification is done there. For admission here, NEET should be qualified by the student. There is no written test for taking admission here. Bad - not too developed infrastructure and is located in a forest-type area
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course offered here in my college is BAMS. faculties here are good well educated and intelligent and have a good experience of teaching. There isn't any scholarship and fees can be shown on the site of guru Ravidas Ayurved University
Internships Opportunities :
No, I don't opt for any internship because am a 2nd-year student here so I can't opt for an internship. The internship is provided after a student completes his/ her degree in that college. students can get a lot of hospitals and different big colleges for internships
Placement Experience :
Placements and internships are quite good. Students from college get an internship in different colleges after their degrees and good opportunities are done There a 100% results of this college and every student gets an internship my plan after my degree is to get an internship and then pursue a job as a doctor in the hospital
Campus Life :
The campus is quite good and not too much big with a canteen and college covered with trees from every side. Good cool temperature with a lot of ayurvedic herbs. Availability of a lot of medical books and journals in the library. Classrooms are simple with a projector and fingerprint sensor attendance system. For the hostel - food is good basic and the hostel costs 40000 per year. Pgs and rooms can be found 7 to 8 km nearby.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
