- Its decent not that because main campus is still under construction and its operating from temporary campus.

- Not a having a permanent campus. And academics pressure sometime is high
Remarks :
At my time admissions were based on merit of 12 class. Now it's under the CUET entrance. First I didn’t want to go out of state so it was only a recognized university in my state that offered courses of my interest. The location of the university is also awesome, not a pretty huge campus but the vibe is so perfect under the mountains. I would highly recommend it for your bachelor's not for masters.
Course Curriculum Overview :
It's pretty cheap on the fee side as its government-funded. Around 12k per sem would be your tuition fees. The hostels are provided for only master's student but their P.G. around the area which is very affordable can get easily a decent room with 2k rent per month. I'm from the physics department and physics is often hard but academics can be handled easily if ur smart enough. I have mixed reviews on the faculty some are good some bad, if u have the best of the faculty u have to make an effort faculty doesn't put much effort of their own but is helpful if u seek them. Scholarships are provided for economically weaker sections with 100% tuition fees return under the free Scholarship scheme u need to provide certain documents regarding income etc. Academics are pretty busy don't expect that u will get a lot of free time it depends on how u utilize your time in the university.
Placement Experience :
It's not a placement-oriented university, but it motivates u to go for higher studies and this university is doing a great job in various research areas if want a job right away after your degree then this is not a place for you.
Campus Life :
There isn't much about campus life, the campus is small and there are not those big fests, etc. One thing that is great that the location of the university in the region of Dharamshala where there are a lot of activities to do like trekking etc. I don't think u will miss something like fests if u decide to go trekking etc.

placement are good many cse students have package in crores i think cse nad ece branch is good but other branch package is around 10 lakh if i would suggest students i suggest go for cse or ece branch because in the era of artificial intelligence nad machine learning these two branches are booming and the package are also best in these branches you can also try for gate exam after the civil mechanical or electrical you can get jib in public plus private jobs
