- Infrastructure is good with green gardens all around.
- There are a lot of clubs for different activities.
Dislikes
- Faculties are not good, specially the teaching skills.
- Classrooms of students are also not that good compared the overall infrastructure of the college.
Remarks :
The reason I chose this college is because it is considered as the best private college for B.Tech in Chhattisgarh, which I realised is actually true after joining in. To get into this college I prepared and got good rank in CGPET, which is a mandate for aspirants who have domicile of Chhattisgarh.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Facilities of BITD college are not that good. Specially in terms of teaching skills but they do re-explain when asked for the same or have doubt. But there are some exceptions as well, there are some teacher who teach really well, but Exception is Exception:(
Internships Opportunities :
No Internships yet. As I'm in 2nd year, Some students have done Internship(unpaid) and trainings in college itself and online. Some of my seniors have done some paid internships, but it was through off-campus.
Placement Experience :
Placement is good for CS/IT students but almost no scope for other branches. Almost 90% placement rate for CS/IT students. Placement was Great last year in 2022 but 2023 stats are not out yet, I'm guessing It's much lower due to recession in the job market. *Stats for CS/IT (other branches not included) Highest package : 17LPA (GOOGLE) Average package : 4-5LPA Lowest package : 3LPA This is the data of 2022. Top recruters include Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, TCS,...etc.
Campus Life :
Exteriors of the campus is good, I would say great as compared to the classrooms of students. Hostel is decent, some also have chosen to live in rented rooms outside college campus, which are also close to college. There are many clubs related to Tech, Entrepreneurship, Public Speaking, Astronomy and a lot more.

I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. All lectures are done in proper classrooms and study materials are also provides digitally. There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.

According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .

Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

Rungta collage have a good numbers of companies in there list , and most of them visited every year for placements , almost 90% + students got placed every year and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.

From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
