- The best art of the college is its experienced and expert teachers helpful in nature.
- Along with this the greenery and infrastructure makes me chose the college for sure.
Dislikes
- Canteen facilities are not much better but the food supply is next ro Ok
- No sports and outdoor game facilities available inside the campus.
Remarks :
As a thing the name itself DAV made me bound to join the institute as I have been a DAV Student in the past. Before admission, some GD-PI sessions were conducted by the college faculties for a better understanding of the students.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is well designed for proper understanding and utilization of resources. Proper library and e-resource facilities are the best part. The difficulty level of the exams is high to moderate. Along with that students securing good marks get scholarships too.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes in the final year, internships are available to all the students so that after passing out the students would have a better understanding and working knowledge which would be very helpful. Apart from that students and companies voluntarily visit the campus for placements and internship programs.
Placement Experience :
There are many scopes of placements at the college as many companies like Godrej, Bosch, Mahindra, Tata, Infosys, Motilal Oswal, Axis Bank, Hdfc Bank, etc. visit the campus for recruitment purposes. Most of the students get selected for pre-placement jobs in the second year only.
Campus Life :
There are mostly 1 to 2 fests held in a year. Library facilities along with smart classrooms are available on the campus. But very less forms of extracurricular activities are involved in the campus. No social or club groups are there in the college. Along with that mess, food is not so interesting but the hostels are fair enough.

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
