As I took my CUTE exam after not getting good marks i decided to join any B-tech college nearby and I chose B-tech, If I talk about group discussion, yes it was there, some teachers took my test and explained to me the whole structure of college (counselling). The admission process is simple you need to fill out the admission form online and then you can visit the college and clear your all doubts related to the fees and course. Now let's talk about the faculty, the faculty is good espec for computer science subjects.
The qualification of faculty i good and more important this is they should be knowledgeable and of course they are. The sessional exams are not much tougher but the end-semester exam are. I don't think here we get a scholarship and if you want a scholarship then your scores in the exam should be more than good enough then only you can apply for a scholarship.
I don't know about placement or internship but yes some groups approached us for internships but we were not very interested and yes there are some placements on our campus but not a higher package.
Yes, there are some fests but not much interesting so only a few students join fest. the availability of books is good but only after paying the fee. if you're looking for sports then this college is not for you because this college does not conduct sports if by chance they organise any sports day then they charge for it not much social group or many more. no hostel is available you have to arrange by it self. By the way you can look for some PG, or a room on rent nearby.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
