I had given the AIIMS paramedical entrance exam and I got 54 rank. After counseling I got BSc Operation Theatre Technology in Aiims Delhi. As AIIMS New Delhi is one of the best medical College in India and The course is highly professional, i decided to choose this college. The admission process is very simple. First you have to do the registration for aiims paramedical entrance exam on aiimsexams.ac.in then you have to score a good marks around 70-80 out of 90 marks. After that you have to go for counselling process on this website. After that you will be allotted any AIIMS college according to you rank. After allotment of college you have to physical go to the respective college and have to do you admission. There is no any interview, group discussion or any test you have to give. For getting a good marks in this exam you have to solely focus on neet syllabus like bio , physics and chemistry.
The faculties here are very knowledgeable persons. They are qualified doctors. They teaches very nicely. They are polite and generous. The final professional exams held once in a year and the difficulty is of moderate level. The internal exams held every two months. The cost of study is fixed which is around 1500 for the whole course. There is no any fee hike. This college doesn't provide any scholarships or financial assistance.
The course is of 3 and half years. After completing 3 years you have to do 6 months internship. During the internship period you will get the stipend of 10250 rupees per month. You have do you internship in OT, ICU, Emergency, wards .
After completing this degree, you can apply for OT Technologists post in any private or government hospital. In AIIMS you have to qualify the job vacancy exam. The salary of Operation Theatre Technologists in AIIMS New Delhi is 60000_100000 per month. After getting the job you will be posted as Operation Theatre Technologists in Operation Theatre, ICU, Emergency, wards. Around 95% of aiims Delhi students get the job in Aiims Delhi. After completing this degree I have planned to get job in AIIMS.
There are lots of fests conducted here but the most important fest is Pulse which is a biggest medical fest in India. It usually conducted in September month All medical books and journals are available in the library. Books of highly recognised doctors are also available in library. The library is open for everyone for 24/7. The classrooms are quite big and have modernised projectors and it is air conditioned. All types of sports and extracurricular activities happen here on regular basis like badminton, basketball, cricket, dancing, singing, painting and many more. The group is running for all AIIMS students which is aiimsonian group. After the admission you have to fill the registration form for hostel and submit the hostel fee which is 20 rupees per month. The hostel room is allotted as per the availability of rooms. The rooms are well furnished and ventilated. The mess food is very hygienic and tasty. You will get the wide variety of all types of food in the mess.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
