- College infrastructure was too good, specially the environment and culture, whole university was planted by lots of trees feels so good and positive.
- Faculty members and teachers was so cooperative and friendly.
Dislikes
- Cafes and canteens was costly according to me.
- Campus Life was good, but many restriction for girls who lives in hostel.
Remarks :
College was around 1 km area from our house and ranking23 in top universities in world. The admission process was very simple. You can visit gndu portal and find all information about your course . You can also contact in helpline numbers of college or directly visit to department for any query. The entrance exam was very simple to crack . All the exam was based on 10th and 12th exam and general questions.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because of my interest in journalism and it is very broad field to educate and inform your society. Exams were done semester wise, and the exam was so easy, From eight questions attend 5 only, the cost per year of college is around 60000 and scholarships were given to poor and SC students.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes am doing internship in AMAR UJALA newspaper limited and am learning writing newsstory writing, content writing, research work and field reporting. Frankly speaking in starting no stipend was provided.
Placement Experience :
In some of IT departments , placements was done by university but in my department only 5 percent chances of placement by college and after completion many opportunities in journalism ,am doing internship after my course and then placed.
Campus Life :
In our university all the festivals was celebrated olin department but Holi and teachers day was very exciting to celebrate Best social group for solve the students problem is 'SATH' an non political organization. Hostel rooms was not too good and according to me food is not hygiene and godd to eat.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
