Likes
- Placement opportunities provided by the college for the students of the college as well as students of other colleges as well.
- The supportive and friendly teachers and faculties who listens to your issues and helps you to sort them out and are very friendly which makes you feel very comfortable and likeable.
Dislikes
- The size of the campus is very small and doesn't have a number of places to visit after the classes or after college hours.
- The lack of gorunds in the college for sports like cricket, football and the only ground is not well maintenaned by the college. There is no indoor sports ground in the college.
Remarks :
One of the biggest reasons for me to choose the college is because of the placement opportunities it has provided in the past and the teachers, and faculties it has who are very friendly and supportive. That's the reason why so many foreign students from various nations other than Nepal and Bhutan have arrived at the college seek to a great future.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum was very good and aligned with the current market/industry requirement which helps us to settle ourselves very easily and gives us an edge over other freshers. The teachers are also very supportive, informative, and friendly which helps us in getting curious and cravings for studies.
Internships Opportunities :
No, I have not opted for any placement opportunity because of my dedication towards the Civil Services Examination and I want to stick with my goal. This is also something in which my teachers have provided me guidance and helped me in many ways.
Placement Experience :
The placement opportunities provided by the college are one of the x-factor that attracts not only students from nearby areas but from within the country and from foreign countries as well. The placement opportunities are not only restricted to students of the college but to all of the students from any college.
Campus Life :
The size of the campus is very small and there is a lack of grounds and infrastructure for sports. On the other hand, the food provided in the mess and canteen is hygienic and tasty. The Central Library of the campus is decent in size and has a variety of books which you can access and if required can take away for home for some days.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. All lectures are done in proper classrooms and study materials are also provides digitally. They are very easy to approach and helpful in nature, they help us solving doubts and gives us tips in study.

There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.

According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .
Genuine review of NIT raipur
Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

Rungta collage have a good numbers of companies in there list , and most of them visited every year for placements , almost 90% + students got placed every year and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.

Placement Experience :
From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.

Students are eligible for placement from the start of the 3rd year. Approximately 200 company visit every year for hiring process. The average CTC of the college placement is above 7 lakhs. The highest offer received in college is in crore. Around 85% of the students get placed at the end of the 4th year.
