Remarks :
After Getting 460 Marks in NEET UG exam. From Punjab University ( Faridkot ) Counselling. I got admission in this college. Now from Recent years , Counseling is held online. Postive points regarding this College is That crowd is very good . No ragging and harrasment is faced by fresher student. Environment is good and ample for Studious students. Patient load is also good. Exposure for MBBS students is upto the mark Bad point is that - As this college is in Punjab , Drugs and Alcohol is common in life of students here and various other source of distraction like clubs , lounge is nearby college. Overall if you are sincere students , you should go for this college
Course Curriculum Overview :
MBBS is 4.5 Year + 1 ( intership year)course . I always dreamt of becoming doctor so I opt for this course. Faculty of this college is very experienced and expert in their respective fields. Also from last 2 years , University topper is from our college. So without a doubt faculty is best here. Yearly exams are taken by College and MBBS is difficult course you should be studious thoroughout the year. Although fees of private colleges FOR ( MBBS ) is quite expensive. But it's same for every region.
Internships Opportunities :
Intership is not an option in MBBS . It's in the curriculum to do internship of 1 year from the college from where you have done MBBS course. You get paid in intership. In our time Adesh college used to give us 6 thousand per month in intership year
Placement Experience :
This is medical College. There is no placement here. After Becoming Doctor ( MBBS ). Students usually go to there hometown and do job in their respective hometown or nearby place. Average salary of MBBS doctor is 50 thousand rupees
Campus Life :
Life in a campus is very nice and chill. Infrastructure like College grounds , Auditorium, Library is made according to standardized rules . Hostel is compulsory for MBBS students as they charge 2 lakh/anum for Hostel. So it's there source of income. Food of hostel is not upto the mark. Students mostly order from outside. Fest and sports activities are regular in college. There are various sports group ran by management of this college . So If you like sports you can have leisure time .

To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
