Pros: - Autonomous College - Topmost college in Pune - Growing placement ratio - Recommended by many seniors - Attendance is not so important, so you'll get free time to work on your skills more - Highly Qualified faculties and they're easily approachable - academics are easy, and marks can be scored easily Cons: Chlid campus of Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (VIT, PUNE) Your placement chances are based on your department. - Campus location can be a problem to many students because the outside area feels like a slum but thcampus doesn't lie in that area
My specialization is Artificial Intelligence and Data Science since it's an evolving field that's why chose it, faculties are new they're less known with new technologies but they have lots of knowledge they help in students' projects which aren't related to academics and they're available any you want. Fees can be a problem but if you through a reservation you can save a lot through scholarships (mahadbt) and the cost of living is not so high compared with other colleges in Pune. Exams are not so tough if you study a day before exam you will score easily, questions are mostly coming from previous year's question papers
Currently, I'm in 2nd year so we don't get internship opportunities but there are a few students who got internships since they were involved in programming before joining the college. But I hope next year I'll make it through it.
Placements are good, in the recession also many students got opportunities but to be fair placement percentage this year was very low compared with the oast 2-3 years. But I think the students with proper skills have there destiny
We have the annual fest (GANDHARVA) which helds in between mid-January to mid-February, generally, it's a 2-week fest, 1week of technical and another week of cultural fest. We have almost 50+ clubs but majorly chosen by students are 9-10 only. Clubs provide wide opportunities for students to showcase their talents not for students belong to club only but other students also get chance to register for events for free most of the time Each department has its library with lots of availability of books. T infrastructure is good, campus is large. There is no hostel but there are some private hostels associated with college but didn't opt for it so I don't know about it.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old.
