- The campus is best thing about this University. It has great campus full of greenery ..
- Faculty are friendly and cooperative. .
Dislikes
- Drinking water is not good here . It's is not really managed well.
- The college tries to take money out of everything but that is what other colleges also does .
Remarks :
This college I found better than other private universities. I had to take an entrance exam that is known as KALSEE. Which is quite easy. One just needs to take this exam and then the counselor will guide you.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum and academics are fine. The faculty is cooperative and friendly also they are very young. They also give scholarship programs to backward categories if you fulfil the criteria mentioned for the scholarship.
Internships Opportunities :
They do offer various internship programmes. Faculties offer and guide you through your internship programme. I did one internship programme from college in the labour court in Raipur which was quite pleasant.
Placement Experience :
Placement is not great. The placement offered here is very least in number. Internships are offered here. Those who are not looking for placement opportunities are good to go here. The same goes with me.
Campus Life :
Campus life is good. The campus of Kalinga is amazing. Social life is also fine here. Kalinga includes students from more than 100 countries so the social life here is quite diverse. Infrastructure is fine here but they focus more on the main building ignoring other buildings.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. All lectures are done in proper classrooms and study materials are also provides digitally. They are very easy to approach and helpful in nature, they help us solving doubts and gives us tips in study.

There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.

According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .

Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

Rungta collage have a good numbers of companies in there list , and most of them visited every year for placements , almost 90% + students got placed every year and the average salary offered is 4 LPA.

Placement Experience :
From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
