- About the college I should mention the location and the vastness of the campus it’s just amazing the campus is filled with greenery and it won’t disappoint us the infrastructure is above average and especially our department is well equipped in terms of classroom and laboratory
- About the faculty they are very proficient and very friendly and very helpful in every aspect
- Campus life is just amazing and no one will regret coming to NEHU
Dislikes
- There is nothing that I dislike about the my college Iam totally satisfied
- Only Hostel time limit might be annoying sometimes but it’s also flexible sometimes depending on the situation for girls hostels it’s bit strict
Remarks :
The location that made me choose this university and of course it’s a central University so there also attracted me to come to this college but I never regretted my decision for admission. During my time I have to appear for JEE main Entrance exam essay qualifying exam with that mark only. I got into this college. So after publishing the merit and the waiting list, they will go for an interview kind of thing which will be held online or sometimes it will be in offline mode. We have to present during the interview and we have to give a brief about ourselves and we have to choose the department where we want to pursue our bachelor's and Food La is there is another exam conducted by the university itself. The admission process is simple in comparison to other universities and colleges. Even if you score less mark there is a chance of getting into this college
Course Curriculum Overview :
So I am pursuing a bachelor's in biomedical engineering and the course is a bit outdated in comparison to the rest of the universities in India and it needed to be updated. But now we have our new HOD is very good at improving the department and academics if the student wants to learn something, then the student has to work by him or herself, he can expect the faculty to force him or her. The faculties here are very friendly and very helpful and they are very proficient in their subject scholarships are available for SST students depending on which state they belong to, she is much less Intaqaam compared to another university per semester nearly 21,000. We have to pay the hostel fees per the year 1800 and the missing fee is 2000 per month and it’s compulsory to join the mess
Internships Opportunities :
The department does in provide any internships but there is a DIC cell which is the design notion centre and the student can do a course there it’s free of course and in, and they would teach about many devices that may advance 3-D printing techniques, everything they will teach and internships opportunities are not that available but the Department is okay even if you want to do an internship outside and they will support that and they will provide all the help and requirements to fulfil to join. Are there any good internship facilities?
Placement Experience :
The placement and job opportunities are not that good in our department in different departments. It’s good the packages are also for us. Very few placements are available and those are not up to the level, especially for our course. Most of the students go for Master and some of them go for other jobs in a sense related to our Branch only but the university keeps working on improving the placement cell of our department. There is a placement cell person for the entire SOT SOT stands for School of technologies.
Campus Life :
Life in the embassy is very beautiful. You can enjoy the greenery of the campus and the programs that are held on our campus and there are lots of clubs present in the university you can join and explore more the infrastructure of every building and every laboratory everything is good so if you opt for hostel then the fee will be per the year 1800 and in one room three students will be there And the room is pretty big and it will be comfortable for everyone and they will be water supply. Everything is fine only regarding the mess. The food is average only. You can expect more here and it’s compulsory to pay the miss fees and the students are not allowed to Cook inside the hostel rooms but still, we can cook food, we have to pay 2000 every month to the Caterter

Placements are mid , my seniors got placed in various companies, and last year a seniot got placed in google with 20LPA i guess , the average package is low but the placement cell is trying to bring companies

The employment rate of my course is demanding so I opt this. Also there is campus opportunity for some courses available in the college. After biotechnology you can choose any profession like professor researcher etc .

Job opportunities from our college is not quite good, but our college is renowned for their excellence in commerce so employability after completion of course is not a big issue especially for me, i personally would like to get involved in financial sectors

Since it's a college affiliated under NEHU, so there's only graduation course here. But if you want to do masters you have go to NEHU for that. Only then you will get a good placement. But I had friends in other departments they were given the opportunity to sit for placement interview but again the package isn't as high as someone would get after post graduation.

Placement opportunities were not directly available but many companies and institutions scouted our students through seminars and programmes for further job after the degree. The package differed from student to student and they were offered individually to them so it was hard to know the exact number.

Since I’m still under graduation , I don’t know much about the placements here. But my plans after my graduation is to persue MBA from a good university. But as I’ve heard from my seniors, the placements here are quite good and many of the students grab the placement opportunities that are offered here.
