An Emerging and Excellent College in Nagpur
Remarks :
I was looking for any college which can provide me B.tech in Computer Science Engineering at a low score of 70 percentile in MH CET. Nagpur was my second choice for colleges after Pune. Among 13 colleges in Nagpur , I mentioned Nagpur Institute of Technology at 7th slot for the CAP round . It is a good College in Nagpur where you can get admission in trending branch at comparatively low cutoff than other colleges. As the college was founded in 2008 infrastructure is great compared to other colleges.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology courses are in demand now a days therefore I enrolled in CSE. As the college is non autonomous college, it provides degree under Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU). Faculty here is excellent. Most of the Professors hold Doctorate degree in their respective field. Faculty to student ratio can be considered as 1:8 . Faculty members are cooperative and supportive . Syllabus and examinations are held in a scheduled manner. Two Mid Semester tests and one Preuniversity tests are carried out each semester.
Internships Opportunities :
The College encourages students for doing internship. Generally most of the students in our college do virtual internships . Various internship opportunities are provided by the College faculties and training and placement department.
Placement Experience :
Placements are fair . Many companies visit the College for placements but the do not provide package more than 5 lpa . Average package is 3.6 lpa . Many opportunities are provided by the Training and Placement department. About 70% of students get placed .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
If you are enrolled according to CAP round , you will recieve scholarship accordingly depending upon your caste. The College fees are same as of other colleges. The College fees is 1,06,000 INR if you want to enroll through management quota but these fees are flexible according to your branch .
Campus Life :
Campus life is simply excellent. Various programs , fests , and other activities are carried through out the year . Ganesh jayanti, Pratibimb (college annual gathering) , udaan (sports function) and lots of other festivals are celebrated in the College.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is available in the College but this is only available for girls. Hostel can be considered as average . Canteen and mess are clean. The also offer good quality food . The locality near college resides about 2km away . A village named fetri is nearest to college. Most of the students lives there by renting a room.
Interview Experience :
No admission tests or Group Discussion Are carried for admission. The only criteria for getting admission is qualifying 12th and releted competative exam like MH CET , JEE. You can also get admission through management quota if your score is low in CET or JEE

Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.
The Time I Had Spent in my College

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
Reality of niat
Placement Experience :
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.
