- Infrastructure of college is good like u will get here gym and every facility
- University support startup culture also if anyone is interested and have solid idea than university will provide funding and team
Dislikes
- They claim at the starting of admission and in their advertisement that we have 95-100% of placements but it is not true... Only 40-50% of them get placement... In our batch of 300students only 50-60got placed.
- Many students who study from here and complete their masters... become professors here only without any experience
Remarks :
There were various factors like... The placements that I heard about this college and it was located in good location in dehradun... And the faculty was top notch that u heard that time.....i didn't face any GD, or any written test for admission...but nowadays college are conducting GECET for scholarship.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen this course because I was having interest in computer and web applications and I was a commerce student so I can't choose btech that was the main reason... Qualifications of some faculties are good they are PhD Holders and many have 10-15 years of teaching experience... But some are new and without any experience In per semester, 2 times exams are conducted like mid-term and end term... Approx 3.5lakh for BCA and every year they increase by 5-10% The scholarship name is GECET as well as if u scored above 75% in ur 12th class then also u will get a discount
Internships Opportunities :
No i didn't get any internship.. as for BCA college doesn't provide any internship... They provide it for only btech... But in 3rd semester de shaw came for internship but nobody was selected after that no company came for internship...
Placement Experience :
Placement is not so good but yes it is average... And this year only 2-3 company visited college in which their was Accenture, LTI mindtree and TCS... Accenture was mass hiring in which around 60-62 students were placed and highest package this time was 3.47LPA in Accenture for the role of application developer and lowest was 1.9LPA which was given by TCS.... And the percentage who got placed were about 40-50% if we see from total strength of batch... My plan is to do MCA and side by side look for job opportunities by sharping my skills..
Campus Life :
The life at the campus is quite good. The programs are quite often like like 3 to 4 in a month. The student can opt of any club which they want for like singing, dancing, coding, etc. The college have different building for different courses which is quite good if you want to just wander around. There is a club called incubation centre which you can give your ideas if you have and if it's good then college will help to grow it into a product. If you want to opt for hostel, you definitely can its fabulous but there are some rules and regulation you cannot go out after 7 pm onwards.

Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
