- The most important thing that I liked was the faculty of the college . They are one of the best professors of the University
- The nearby surroundings of Posh South Ddlhu and the monuments are the best things that can be the talking point of the college
Dislikes
- The size of the campus is pretty decent. It is the only thing that I disliked about my college
- The sports facility and the cafeteria is pretty small . They could have been better.
Remarks :
Initially, to secure admission into any college of Delhi University, the students need to clear a cut-off based on the college they want to secure admission into. The cut-off is based on the class 12th Marks. Nowadays the criteria for securing admission is CUET UG Conducted by NTA. Marks and cut-offs are set based on them.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course at Delhi College of Arts and Commerce can be availed to a large extent. 30k for three years is a manageable sum to be paid. On the other hand, it can be said that the faculty had been one of the best among the colleges of South Campus. The library stacks up the rest of the burden.
Placement Experience :
I did not apply or go into some kind of internship during my college days. Therefore I do not have much idea about internships or placements that the college provides. It is on self-note that one may apply or choose to apply for internships.
Campus Life :
The campus is pretty small, to be honest. Campus life may get boring but the surroundings are not. Nearby colleges, the fests organised by them and other factors make up for the relatively boring campus life.

IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

Placement Experience :
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
