I gave ipucet and this was among the top 3 colleges at ggsipu University for BBA. Factors that led me here - placement, societies, college infrastructure. The cut was quite high for this college, I got 542 ranks all over India.
I wanted to pursue a BBA, to go for an MBA in future. The faculty is 8/10, and there is no issue of mandatory attendance. They teach mainly through PDFs and you're not required to buy books. Term exams were conducted during January and June mainly, they were not hard but the papers were always lengthy. The fee hike goes on every year although I don't know how much it is now. You can get a few EWS scholarships.
College didn't get me any internship but they provide it in 2 and 3rd year so I don't know much about it. Internships I did Mars cosmetics - E-commerce management The good glam group - partnership intern Live 101 - artist management intern
There are no such eligibility criteria but you should get back to any previous years. Airblack - 6.5 lac , Zomato - 3.5 lac Mostly the average package is 3.5 And people don't get placement easily as it's not up to the mark. 20% of students get a placement as most of them go for MBA Good package Placements are mostly offered for sales roles. I plan to go for an MBA.
Recently, there was a fest called Anugoonj in which raftaar performed. The society fest happens in March. Other than that whole-year activities and competitions are held by societies and cells. For every book related to your course that is available in the library you have to give 5k which is refundable. Volleyball competitions are held other than basketball and badminton i also played Also, NCC is very core. Many clubs are run by students but it's only during some fest. There is no girls hostel and boys hostel is expensive but the food is okay.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
