- The collage is actually situated in kanimike in district of kengeri.it is known as the kengeri campus.so the campus is situated away from the smoki noisy banglore main city.The place is actually good and calm a perfect place to study
- The infrastructure of the campus is really good. They provide good clean and functional labs and classrooms .When it comes to Engineering our practical knowledge is really important.so here the Christ university provide good and favourable environment for studies.
Dislikes
- As the campus is away from main city of banglore.On weekends there is a difficulty in travelling and time .
- Attendance is very strict here and 85% attendance is mandatory to write the exam.If the attendance is between 75-85% there is a fine of 2000 rupees to write the exam.If it's below 75 we cant appear for exam.
Remarks :
Christ stands on top of the private engineering colleges in Banglore. It is well renowned for the excellence and development of students. For the admission process, there is a written test as well as an interview. The written test is on general aptitude and the interview is mainly based on the course that you have opted for.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose engineering in CS with Data science. As we know the field of AI & DS is rapidly growing. So when I was planning to choose my career I was interested in this field and looking for a good college in Banglore. The faculties are well qualified and have a Doctorate in their Domain. They also take classes very nicely and help us to improve. There are 3 internal exams and 1 end-semester exam every semester. The 1st and 3rd internals are called CIA and it is conducted for 20 marks. The second internal is a mid-sem exam which is conducted for 50 marks. The last end-sem exam is conducted for 100 marks. There are labs every week and a midsem and endsem exam for the practicals. The minimum mark required to pass the exam is 40 %.
Internships Opportunities :
The college also provides good internships for students. The students are also allowed to look for internships on their own for the convenience of the students. If we can't find a good placement on our own the college will help us. There is a student exchange program on campus which allow them to study for 1 year here in Banglore and the rest in Germany.
Placement Experience :
Christ university also provides good placement for students. From this year onwards they have started a new system which provides a 2-hour session on placement training for all the students which provides good and quality information for the students to grab a good placement.
Campus Life :
There is an ethnic day celebration happening every year in September. It is a cultural festival and students are allowed to wear traditional dresses that day. There are other college events also happening every 2-3 weeks. Hostels are available on campus.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum

The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
