Choosing KJSIM for my MBA was a strategic decision driven by several factors. The rigorous admission process followed after clearing entrance exams like CAT, NMAT, and CMAT whose cutoff generally is 82%ile + and then Group discussion and personal interviews ensured the selection of a diverse pool of diverse and talented peers. One of the primary reasons for choosing KJ SIM was the exceptional networking opportunities it offers. Located in the financial capital of India institute boasts a strong alumni network and excellent industry connections. Overall KJSIM's emphasis on holistic development combined with the strong academic framework and extensive industry ties, made it an ideal choice for me.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum at KJSIM is meticulously crafted to ensure students gain a comprehensive understanding of business management. It combines foundational courses with specialized electives. The academic program is rigorous, fostering a challenging yet rewarding environment. The faculty is highly qualified with having substantial experience. I chose this course because it perfectly aligns with my career expectations and offers a curriculum that is both contemporary and relevant to current industry needs. KJ has a stable fee structure however living cost in Mumbai is generally high which is an important factor to consider. Institute offers scholarships that are merit or need-based, usually during the admission process itself.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, I did opt for a summer internship through my college and was able to work at a research firm where my main tasks included working in the research department and performing secondary research through various sites which included .org sites as well and then using that data analyzing and comprehending them to work on various reports on sectors which were allotted to us.
Placement Experience :
Placements and job opportunities at KJSIM are robust and promising. Eligibility criteria include academic performance, Participation in internships and involvement in extracurricular activities. The Institute attracts top recruiters such as J P Morgan, Gartner, CRISIL, ICICI, HDFC and others offering numerous Opportunities. After completing my degree I plan to leverage the skills and knowledge acquired during my MBA to secure a position in a leading financial services firm.
Campus Life :
The life at Campus is quite decent. With greenery all around it makes it more beautiful. we have gym and library facilities. Library and e-library have many journals in them. Also, many feasts are organized in between for refreshments. There are various clubs and committees which keep you busy throughout the academic year.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed

Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.

The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced.
