The factors that I chose this college is that this is one of the best law colleges I heard of. Well, I didn't face any group discussions or interviews but yes there was a test entrance exam that I cleared to get into this college. Overall the college is good but there are some factors that I don't like about it and that's why I cut 3 stars one for each issue that I don't like.
The course curriculum is quite good and yes there are some difficulties in getting good marks but the faculty always give there 100 per cent so that you can get good marks but the pattern of exam or we can say the marks giving scheme if bit different here that's why it's hard to get 60 per cent marks here. There are so many scholarship programs and the fee for the course is just 5000 per year and the examination fee is it.
Yes, I opted for an internship but here you won't get any internship opportunity from the college you have to work on it and grab the opportunity on your own. Recently the college has been working on giving internships by the college.
One of the major drawbacks of this college is that you won't get any placement, but once you complete the degree you'll get a loy opportunity to prove yourself. Once you complete the degree you can start practicing in any court if you want to be an advocate or you can also prepare for the judiciary exam and any government exam where the law is mandatory, and also you can work on yourself and join the corporate field.
The North campus of Delhi University is one of the best campuses and I think most of the students know about it the life around the campus is very lively. In my college, some so many clubs and societies are in function and it's always a magnificent experience to be a part of it. There is a drawback in this college is that you won't get any hostel unless you are ranked number 1 in the entrance examination.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
