Remarks :
It's a very good option for correspondence because you can continue the professional courses whatever you like or you can work too... You can earn while doing your college as well or you just have to go 2 times a year to give exams.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Am a commerce student and I got this option best for me because I will go for hr after that which is human resource management I have done a specialization in bcom in which he is also a subject and 50% of the teachers were polite.
Placement Experience :
Well.. to be honest, we all got messages or emails for internships in our last semester but I didn't apply on my own. Because I cant travel daily and if we talk about my plans after this course completion then I will apply to so many verified companies.
Campus Life :
I was in Sol which is a school of open learning as I mentioned above so you can get there were no such things as that club n all... It was just an open learning school we only had an examination center for having exams and that's it.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
