- College infrastructure is very good in this college and we have bus facility for the students for traveling.
- There is no issue with faculty because we have many number of faculties in this college and placement is also good in this college.
Dislikes
- The college campus is not big and there is some issue in the facilities like gym and quality food in the college canteen
- There is no good play ground for playing cricket and other games in the college
Remarks :
I have not written any type of test to take admission to this college. In this college, the teaching level is very good and all the faculties are very interactive with students. We have to take the KCET exam to choose the colleges and the cut-off is Nearly 50,000 for the students to join this college through KCET we can join by management quota also but the fees for the management quota are a little bit high.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose the computer Science course because the scope for this course is very high in the market and placement opportunities are also good for this course. All the faculties have good qualifications in the education and teaching level is very good from the faculties. Exams are taken monthly once and we have not felt any difficulty in the exam and we can easily clear our exams. We have to pay the college fees any time in a particular year there is no strict action taken for paying fees. We also get scholarships for the degree from some scholarship portals like SSP and NSP.
Internships Opportunities :
Company name: Prinston Smart Engineers, Role: web development and AIML. Stipend: 8-10K per month, And we have to work a minimum of 1 month in the internship period. We can learn many technologies at the time of internship.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for placement in this college are we have to clear all the backlogs within the 6th semester and have to maintain a minimum of 60% in all semester exams. In this college companies like Accenture, Sookta, Tech Mahindra, TCS, etc are visited for placement to our college. The average package in this college is from the 3LPA-12LPA percentage of students getting placement is nearly 70-80%. My plan after getting the degree is to work in an MNC company as a software engineer.
Campus Life :
In our college, they conduct festivals like Karnataka Rajoshtava and one of the best fest is Kalasourabha these two fests will be conducted in November and June yearly. In the college library, all kinds of books are available and students can carry those books and we have to return the book to the library. In our college sports are conducted 2-3 times a year and they will give chance to everyone to participate in the events. Some of the social media available in our college those are maintained by some students like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn In the hostel, we have many facilities like wifi, a Washing machine, and a mess for having food. In the hostel, they provide 3 times foods of good quality and 1-time snack to the students the quality of the food is good and also they maintain a menu for preparing the food. There is no longer a process for registration for the hostel simply we have to fill out the form and pay money for the hostel and the hostel rooms are maintained very clean.

For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc,shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.

All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.

For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
