- They take too many students in 1 batch it's difficult to connect with everyone
Remarks :
Low attendance requirement excellent faculty no entrance requirement only entrance for BMS is required students can pursue any professional course easily alongside college attendance is only 50% which is too lenient.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Bachelor in Accounting and Finance (BAF) is an excellent course if you are doing CA or CMA or CFA and with low attendance requirements you can focus on that course easily BAF is completely related to the financial field with accounting.
Internships Opportunities :
I got an internship at the end of my first year with a stipend of fifteen thousand per month for six months the process was also very easy you get an email from the placement cell then you can fill out the form with a resume and if you are selected then there is an interview round.
Placement Experience :
One of the top colleges when it comes to placement and internships. It has the best placement cell one of the reasons for me joining this college. You can get internships in your 1st year itself. I got an internship at the end of my 1st year.
Campus Life :
HR College has the most clubs of all colleges in Mumbai. Students can very easily do networking here there's a disadvantage that the campus space is less but what else can you expect in south Bombay? Anyway, the events are amazing.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed

Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.

The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced.
