- Campus is the first thing that I like about my college.
- Hospital is the most important part of our campus.
Dislikes
- Students are not allowed to bring their vehicles inside the campus.
- Attendance is the main issue. You have to attend classes regularly.
Remarks :
The main reason that made me choose this college is the environment. The admission process is simple, you need to have 50% in 12th standard (science stream). There is no entrance test for admission. The most important thing about the college is that it has a hospital where students learn practical things and also practice medicine.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I wanted to serve the community that's why I chose this course. The faculty is well qualified (MSc, Phd) and the teaching methods are very innovative. Exams are conducted at the prescribed time. Papers are not that tough. Fee increases annually for new batches.
Internships Opportunities :
I have not opted for any internship yet but 1 year internship is compulsory in the Pharm D course. In that 1 year internship, students have postings in hospitals and DICs (drug information centres) where they provide information related to drugs to patients.
Placement Experience :
Placement depends upon the skills of the student. Many companies visit the college and recruit students in their companies. Out of 60 students every year, 40 students (minimum) get placement. Highest package- 25 lakh/annum.
Campus Life :
There are a couple of programs conducted in the college like freshers cum farewell party every year and a pharmacy week. Lots of activities are done in pharmacy week like sports, food fest etc. The college also has its teams of each sport which take part in inter-college tournaments.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

Internships Opportunities :
I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
