For taking admission in this course you should have to clear NEET exam and for taking government seat you have to be above the cutt off and you should have passed 12th with physics, chemistry, biology
Course Curriculum Overview :
I always wanted to go to medical field that's why I chose this course To be faculty in our college you should have completed doctorate of medicine (MD) or masters of surgery (MS) Teaching methods - teachers explain each topic according to syllabus and display videos and practical procedures are done .
Internships Opportunities :
Our college offers internship to its own students who have passed final year exam. First six months in college hospital and next six months in civil hospital There is no stipend provided in our college And in internship we have to maintain log book in which we write what we did each day.
Placement Experience :
There is one year of internship when you have passed your final year exam And internship criteria is six months in our college hospital and six months in civil hospital. In case of six months in college hospital you have duty of one month in each department.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
During 2019 our college was semigovernment and my seat was in government quota and its fee was 120000 per year including everything and remains same every year. And management quota fee was 180000 per year including everything and no other charges and remains same every year But now college is fully private and fee structure is 200000 per year with increment of 15% and no other charges
Campus Life :
Overall infrastructure of college is good. There is a library with all books related to our course such as samhitas Extracurricular activities such as sports events and other cultural activities occurs in our college
Hostel Facilities :
There are both boys and girls hostel in our college food is ok not so good , But I stay in pg which is nearer to college In friends colony Jalandhar The area is quite good and hygienic and tiffin sevice is available

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
