- i like the infrastructure of the university that provides all the required facilities and the environment of the university is very good and positive located at a beautiful place with wonderful view and clean surrounding with greenery all around. The staff of the university is very polite as well as the faculty members are friendly and well-mannered with good experience and qualification. Campus life in this university is good and fun, the students are well behaved and friendly.
Dislikes
- Few things i dont like about the university is that the university is way too much struct for the students making it difficult for them to sometimes feel free in the campus, it makes u feel like you are still in school. Another thing i dont like about the university is that they dont give us any holidays, after every semester they dont give us any holidays, only on durga puja, bihu and eid they will give us holidays that too formax to max 10 days and not more than that. For them students attendance means a lot more than there mental peace.
Remarks :
located at a beautiful place with wonderful view and cleanliness and greenery all around with systematic and disciplined work and polite staff and faculty members with good experience and qualification made me choose this university, All the facilities required by a student is provided here which includes a hospital, a gym and a park. Admission process is easy and is guided by the staff members, to join few courses exams are needed to pass in order to join the course. Few things like too much strictness and lack of holidays are somethings that i dont like about this university. Overall most of the things and qualities of this university are good and one can join the university and have many good experiences.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Im doing BA English in this university and I chose this course because i was very much interested in this course this course was something that i decided to do even before my 12th, the course will help me out in what i want to do in the future. The faculty is very good and weel mannered and friendly, all the professors are NET qualified and some of them are even PHD pass out with good experience, they provide us with notes and help us out on our every doubt doesnt let us feel uncomfortable or hesitated regarding anything. Exams are conducted timely with no occurrence of problem or anything, in every semester three sessional exams are conducted and a final exam before the end of the semester. Overall everything about the course is good the department is big with many students.
Internships Opportunities :
Academor a 2 month tarining plus internship program in collaboration KSHITIJ IIT Kharagpur, Microsoft, CISCO, IBM and more. This internship provides certificate and teaches many skills that will be very much helpful in the future of the students. It has many25 courses under it which can opted by all college students.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
my course is BA English and after every six months i pay 40,000 so per year it becomes 80,000 along with this i also pay for bus fee which is 10,000 after every three months. During my admission i paid around 50-60 thousand which included bus fee advance payment uniform fee and many more but now that im in my 2nd year i pay 40,000 after every semester the course fee differs from departments to departments, some department students need to pay 50,000 some need to pay 55,000, in the same way bus fee also differs from students to students as it depends from how far you come, we dont need to pay for admission differently after every year we only need to pay the semester fee, before final exams of every semester we also need to pay certain amount of money. Hostels are also present inside the campus both girls and boys hostel so hostel fee needs to be paid separately. Scholarships are also provided to the students who are eligible and they dont need to pay any fees.
Campus Life :
many fests are held in the university like esplendiz during the summer and managemia during the winter where many functions and competitions are held with lots fun, many fun occasions are held from time to time in the university and many big personalities also keeps on visiting the university including some celebrities as well. Many sports extracurricular activities are also available in the university where students can participate. the university provides a central library where all kinds of book are available, the university has two canteens where food is available at affordable price and it also has a central digital auditorium where many grand functions are held. Many clubs including cultural club sports and many more are there where students can be a part of. Talking about the infrastructure if the university is very good with modern facilities and technologies, classrooms are clean with good facilities. Life in this university is good, refreshing and fun.

Job opportunities from our college is not quite good, but our college is renowned for their excellence in commerce so employability after completion of course is not a big issue especially for me, i personally would like to get involved in financial sectors

Since it's a college affiliated under NEHU, so there's only graduation course here. But if you want to do masters you have go to NEHU for that. Only then you will get a good placement. But I had friends in other departments they were given the opportunity to sit for placement interview but again the package isn't as high as someone would get after post graduation.

The package differed from student to student and they were offered individually to them so it was hard to know the exact number.

But as I’ve heard from my seniors, the placements here are quite good and many of the students grab the placement opportunities that are offered here.
