Our college doesn't provide internship opportunities as such but the professors here would definitely guide you for getting a good internship. And it is necessary to do atleast 3 internships before the last semester gets over.

Not yet. Internships begin from second year summer break onwards. One can choose to take it in their third year summer break as well. Internships are introduced early as a part of the National Education Policy.

Yes, we get an internship offer by our college in our fourth semester which mostly includes translation or content writing. It’s not really promising but we get it in the boring time of summer vacation so it’s quite ok.

The University requires students to do internship on their 2nd year and the internship is of 20hrs, the students are free to choose where they want to do internship If a student want to internships he can avail the hostel service even on vacation.

One may apply for the placement drive during the final semester or can continue their Postgraduate program in EFLU itself, now apply via CUET, or apply to various universities in and out of the country via the placements. A placement cell handles contacting the HR of various companies, and the interviews with these companies, with offers from Amazon, HP, Tata consultancy, Concentrix, etc. They also provide students with seminars regarding the same. As per student reviews, companies don't come looking for just the language, so it's better to equip oneself with additional skills. Foreign language students usually get placed in decent jobs, while English language students often go for an MA or NET for a strong academic career. Starting salaries are occasionally promising, but not terrific. Jobs offered are mostly in Sales or consultancy. As suggested by my Professor, I decided to pursue an MBA instead of a job, so I did not apply for the same.

There are many internship opportunities here because of its location . Many companies hires students for some small projects.Companies like Accenture, Wipro hires intern every year. The role offered by company is basically translator role because of language field.
