Ans. Once the candidate is confirmed for the MBBS seat at AIIMS Patna, the candidate must report to the college for the medical examination. After the medical examination is cleared, the candidate must submit all the required documents original and self-attested photocopies to the institute. • The seats available in a department will be merged.
• Candidates will be eligible for the seat in the department they have applied for.
• Seat will be allotted as per the merit scored in the entrance examination.
• Candidates with OF (Own Government Fellowship) can select seats from both OF and FA  (Fellowship Available) categories. 
• The candidate who does not join or resigns the seat will not be eligible for the next rounds of seat allocation.

• Foreign nationals seeking admission at AIIMS Patna must fill out the online application form and choose their choice of subject.
• Foreign nationals must send their application and the Registration form through the Diplomatic channel.
• The candidates must also appear for the CBT entrance examinations along with the national candidates.
• Foreign nationals will be considered for admission for the seats reserved for the sponsored candidates.

• If the candidate resigns after six months of admission, the penalty will be INR 5,00,000.

Ans. The seat for DM and M.Ch 3 years program at AIIMS Patna is as follows.

Ans. The admission process for Indian nationals who graduated from foreign Universities will be similar to that of Indian nationals. Students must attempt the FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) conducted by the NBE (National Board of Examinations) and score a minimum aggregate. Candidates must also have completed 12 months rotation internship. If the candidate furnishes false information, then the candidate's application will be rejected and the candidate will be debarred from appearing for INI CET examination in the future.

Ans. Apart from all the required documents, OCI/Foreign/Sponsored students submit special documents to complete the admission process at AIIMS Patna. 

Sponsored candidates must upload a valid sponsored certificate with the completed application form on or before the last submission date.
Foreign nationals must submit a NOC (No Objection Certificate) obtained from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India with the completed application form
OCI students must submit a scanned copy of the OCI card with their application form.

Ans. Candidates must go through biometric verification to confirm a seat during counselling. If the candidate verification fails under biometrics, the candidate will be allowed to participate in the counselling. However, they must give an undertaking in a specified format and present themselves before the counselling committee the next day. The students must meet the Dean at 11 AM the following day where the decision would be made about the candidate. If the candidate does not meet the Dean, the candidate will be disqualified for the next round of counseling and the seat allotted will be released as vacant for the next round of counselling. Ans. No, students who have already completed their PG degrees or students who are pursuing their MD, or MS courses are not eligible to take the INI CET examination.

Ans. The eligibility criteria and the minimum aggregate marks relaxation of the sponsored candidates will be the same as specified for the Indian nationals.

• Sponsored candidates from SC/ST categories must have a minimum aggregate of 50%.
• Sponsored candidates from other reserved categories must have a minimum aggregate of 55%.
• Sponsored candidates who have a physical disability depending on the category they belong to can have a specified minimum aggregate of marks.

Ans. Foreign nationals seeking admission in PG courses at AIIMS Patna must have completed an MBBS or BDS degree. They must have completed 12 months of rotational internship or practical training.
