Kolhan University, Chaibasa, has released an official notification regarding Admission 2021. The notification informs about the intended date of merit list as per the previous notification that the first Merit list was to be declared on 15th September to 23rd September 2021 but as per the new notification the date was 15th September to 28th September. Same as with the Second and Third lists now, the Second list(If seats are vacant from the list first) will be announced on September 29th. The official second list will be announced from September 29 to October 4. Also, the Third list(If seats are vacant from the list second) will be announced on 4th October 2021. An official Third list will be announced from 4th October to 9th October 2021.

Kolhan University is a state university in Jharkhand. It was established in 2009. It comprises 14 Constituent Colleges and 12 Affiliated Colleges in the geographical jurisdiction of East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, and Seraikela Kharswan District with more than 80,000 students strength. The University offers plenty of Post-graduation, Professional Post Graduate, Undergraduate, and Research programs. Along with all other academic courses, the institute is also famous for offering vocational Programs.

Admittance to Kolhan University grants through merit or the university organizes entrance exams for some programs. Also, the university has allotted seats based on exam scores like CAT, CMAT, MAT, JCECE, JEE Main, GATE, ATMA, and JEMAT. Applicants are allowed to fill the form using online mode. The University offers a BA, B.Sc, B.Com of three-year duration. The eligibility criteria for the Candidates are 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 in any stream for any Specialization. Applicants are selected based on marks obtained in the previous qualifying examination and final interview round.

The university offers two years of full-time MA, M.Sc, M.Com, MBA programs to candidates who have passed a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in the relevant stream with a minimum of 50% marks. The final selection of these courses is Merit based.

Applicants having eligibility criteria are recommended to fill the application form. Also, applicants are allowed to apply for more than one form and submit it online mode.

Step 3: The aspirant should enter their Personal Information, Contact Information, Educational Details, and attach the necessary document with a signature.

Nice college good to be here

What I Liked

Nice infrastructure big classes and library.
Nice faculty of college with good behaviour.

What I didn’t like

Exams not held properly in time is the main problem.
Mess food in not in variety and good also.

Remarks:

I choose this college because this is affordable and nice college for women and girls because it is girls college only. No entry of boys assure you a safe and secure environment and peaceful study goes on.

Disappointed with college , worst experience ever !!!!!

What I Liked

Infrastructure is quite good and they have placed water coolers on every corner.
Faculty is nice , psychology faculty is good rest all are not okay

What I didn’t like

There is no campus life. They only celebrate Saraswati Puja and teachers day sometimes.
There are no fests or concerts in the college. Campus life is very boring. Faculty is okay , but they don't solve the doubts

Remarks:

There were no group discussions , interviews or written tests while taking admission as the college takes admission on the basis of merit . They release a merit list based on the intermediate marks and after that the students get admitted to the college.

What I Liked

Our college has great teachers for specific subjects
Infrastructure of our college is great because our classrooms playground halls and various kinds of departments for various jobs.

What I didn’t like

sometimes teachers behave badly on students.
nothing more I haven't seen yet wrong that I could specify.

Remarks:

The admission process of our college is very simple. It all depends on your previous qualifications. You just have to fill in the admission form and if you scored better in your previous qualification you may selected.

THE KOLHAN UNIVERSITY JHARKHAND.

What I Liked

I like the campus and the Playground here and different zones for girls and boys .
Parents and Guardians could come here and feel free to roam around anywhere in the campus

What I didn’t like

There's nothing much to dislike but the hostel need to be neat and clean.
Also the Peon's Salary should be increased so that they don't hate this work.

Remarks:

I have chosen this college because many of my friends graduated from this College and had positive reviews about admission, teaching, and extracurricular activities. The teachers here are kind and are a kind of motivation to all the students here. They always talk about our future and give us nice advice about how to take decisions for a better future. Overall I love this college and most of the teachers serving here.

1st point I like they have good college campus and field
2nd point I like they gave good teaching

What I didn’t like

1st point I dislike was they have bad canteen foods
2nd point I dislike was they don't clean college

I choose this college because this college is affordable fees for middle class family. There college are not intrance exam and not interview of students this is may bad thing may this university take interview of students
