Bangalore University has been ranked 100 overall by NIRF in 2020. The University offers various courses including UG, PG, Diploma Courses, Certification courses and PhD under various Specializations.
Admissions to the UG courses are done based on the marks secured by the candidates in the 10+2 level. For admission in PG courses, a minimum of 50% is required for graduation. The University also accepts PGCET, GATE, KCET, UGC NET/CSIR NET for various courses.
Bangalore University has recently launched a five-year integrated B.Sc + M.Sc. It has also launched 5- year integrated courses in Biological Sciences, Social Sciences, Earth and Atmospheric Sciences. Distance Education is also offered in the university at the UG level. Courses like BA, BCom, BBA, PG MA, MCom, PG Diploma are also offered in the Distance Education.

There was no interview rounds for the b.com course admission and the selection process was determined only based on the percentage factor and the minimum to qualify was to have 70% in you 12th/ 2nd PU. They verified your percentage and selects the students with no backlogs.
