Vidyasagar University have one downfall is Placement There nothing Placement, most students are placed Off campus or alumi or teachers help. University have no connection with industry there is one Placement cell but this cell was just a office or nothing . In Vidyasagar university Placement percent are 1%

Various companies like TCS, Wipro, Jindal, Reshmi and many agricultural farms come for the placements. You have to give an exam to be eligible for the interview or placement. Minimum to minimum package which is offered is 160000 rupees per annum and the highest package which has been offered is upto 25 lakhs per annum.

Vidyasagar University doesn't necessarily provide on campus recruitment option but the job opportunities aren't bad if one pursues proper professional courses like BCA, MCA etc. otherwise it is recommended for the students to try government jobs which are available for all graduates.

The course I've selected on the basis of faculty. In addition to that as I'm not in the income group that can avail scholarship I don't get any scholarship but those who need this get this properly even if they got laid off in fees and hostel payments also.

We do not have campus placements here. We do have a placement cell, but they are not so efficient. The university sends for internship to various institutes. One can get good experience from these internships. These internships are provided in the last semester.
