Ins and outs

What I Liked

I like Dr. Sa***a mam she is good faculty and she boost students to improve their skills rather than studies.
Our college infrastructure structure was good . I like college because girls can be safe inside the campus because bouncers has giving security

What I didn’t like

In college campus sometimes boys toilet is cleanliness. I don't like that.
I our college I was discomfort with the break time it was just 20 mins, if additional 10 mins have I will be happy .

Placement Experience:

Eligible for the placement are students should not have arrear and no misbehaving activities done by student . The first priority will be given to students who scored above 80 percentage in 10 th and 12 th .and student having CGPA above 8. Highest package 20lpa and lowest 3 lpa .

Remarks:

I choose this college because this college has good name and nice placement opportunities for students. First i contacted this college through online . They told me to complete the application process after that they called me to pay the fees in offline for that they assigned a deadline date . No discussion, interview, written test has been conducted.

What I Liked

Transportation facilities to the colleges is accessible.
Infrastructure nd campus life is great and beautiful.

What I didn’t like

Drinking water facilities in the college is not that much good .
Some students are not well behaved in college

Placement Experience:

Internships have been provided by college itself and sometimes the college only concern about it but they didn't take responsibility for that internship. Nd placements being provided recently my senior got 8 lpa for upcoming year in hi tech company.

Remarks:

Yes i had one on one chat with adminstration team members to understand the college standards at syllabus and group gatherings . Discussions about personal experience of students studying in college nd faculty members , srmist exams are conducted for engineering students like entrance exams and they have a criteria standard that students should have and that's all about it.

What I Liked

Strict rules , no ragging , friendly faculty
Good response for every problem from the management

What I didn’t like

There are only two lifts for nine floors building and you need to stand for more than 20 mins for your chance I guess every college faces this issue
No proper playing area to play cricket football

Placement Experience:

Placements are on going and it seems to be 40lpa is highest package since I am still 2nd year I do not have much idea about this. I guess around 80% are getting placed for sure and some are opting for student abroad program and some are choosing for higher studies and entrepreneurships.

Remarks:

I joined through written test. I got around 5000 rank and the written test consists of mpc and English subjects. After test you need to apply for counseling which is at free of cost. And once you got the seat confirmation mail you need to pay the fees within given time period.

About SRM IST RAMAPURAM

What I Liked

Campus is good very nice to see and stay
Faculty is amazing j felt nice to have them

What I didn’t like

Nothing is bad unlike I like the campus life
And also culturals are goos at times hence it has a good vibe

Placement Experience:

Plcament and all is very good and all of us enjoy the way it is done especially our seniors the way they have been posted only seems very interesting to study and get that position at one point of time

Remarks:

Yes I participated in group discussions as a part of sem course and tests for admission was SRMJEE The college is actually goos it took online mode exam with proper measures and the way every student was selected based on rank and scholarship was amazing

I will not prefer you to join this college.You can go for SRM ktr

What I Liked

Friends at first you will face difficulties if you are not from tamilnadu like me
And free periods.mostly it will be free period during the events time the teachers will be busy

What I didn’t like

No maintenance not even cleanliness in the bathroom
No basic facilities like no water facility

Placement Experience:

I'm just 2nd year student right now so don't know.but they will ask you to pay for a different course that named as CDC(career development course) which is compulsory to pay and nothing useful about it

Remarks:

If has very poor facilities. Not even basic facilities are available in the college there are even partiality among the courses.no interview required it is a direct admission process no exam nothing it is easy to get enter

Life in srm

What I Liked

I like the campus environment and infrastructure
I like the fest and events conducted by the management to relax and entertain the students

What I didn’t like

I really love the campus life of srm Ramapuram
And the super friendly staff and management

Placement Experience:

Many students secure internships during their final year, often leading to pre-placement offers (PPOs). Internships are available in companies like Tata, Bosch, and startups across ChennaiA major chunk of placements, offering roles like software engineer, developer, or analyst.

Remarks:

Basically I have interest in computer and information technology field so that I can choose this course,they don't want any cut of marks for admission process the servers seat on first come and It was easy process

My opinion on SRM

What I Liked

Very environment is very good and comfortable
Faculty are very friendly and well experienced

What I didn’t like

Only traditional outfits western not allowed
No proper place to spend time and chill

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course is very easy I love it into business And finance and faculty is very good friendly and comfortable they teach very good and well experienced staff they help us in everything teaching method is very nice we don't feel any difficult due to them..

Remarks:

I choosed SRM due to some situation or I would actually get in to ICFAI due to dad's job in chennai i got into srm rampuram bba it's very good also they don't have any Entrance exams nothing it's a direct admission for BBA just by paying fee but they look at your marks in 10+ 2

An overview about SRM University Ramapuram

What I Liked

Campus life and faculty. Very friendly faculties.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement program starts from 3rd year and interviews will be conducted in the 4th year. Dedicated placement faculties guides us for the placement trainings. CDC fees is brought separately and good luck ????.

Remarks:

The entrance exam was conducted through online and I chose this college because of the distance and very easy access to places nearby as it is located in the centre of the city. No restrictions inside the campus.

Life at SRM IST

What I Liked

The food in the campus is really good, a very delicious Savory
The friends and people studying and teaching in college are all fun

What I didn’t like

Girls don't really mingle much with boys, even if they do they easily get into relationships
The surprise tests and need for faculty to be more thorough with their own subjects needs to be improved

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose b-tech computer science engineering as core, as it seemed to have scope and teach many programming language than other specialisations which seemed benifitial. Faculty wise it's overall average

Remarks:

Due to college being nearby to my house , considering the distance, convenience I choose to continue with this college, where no tests or what so ever where conducted but instead had to pay the initial donation payment of 1 lack rupees and then the rest of tuition fee
