Vels University Scholarships

V-SAT (Vels Scholarship Test) is organised by VISTAS, Chennai and it aims to identify meritorious students in the order of merit and offers 100% – 10% Scholarship in tuition fee to join any of the over 100+ courses on offer at VISTAS.

The candidates who are interested in availing of the scholarship must register at the official college website and give a scholarship test, the selected candidates are judged on the basis of the marks they scored on the test.

  • Candidates should meet the necessary age and eligibility requirement for the concerned Programme / Courses.
  • V-SAT scholarship is applicable only for the Programme / Courses mentioned in the V-SAT Flyer.
  • Only 10% of seats in each Programme/Course is reserved for the V-SAT Scholarship. If more students opt for the same course, in such cases, based on the V-SAT Ranking and mark scored the courses will be allotted to students, subject to availability. The remaining students will be given the option to choose other available Courses/Programmes.
  • In case of a tie between more than one candidates, priority may be given on the time taken for completion of the V-SAT test as per the discretion of the VISTAS authorities.
  • After the written examination, shortlisted candidates should attend the Personal Interview.
  • The decision of the authorities of VISTAS shall be final and binding on the ranking of all the test participants of V-SAT.
  • Each candidate should indicate a clear communication address and should inform if there is any change in address or contact number.
  • The selected V-SAT scholarship candidates should submit Identity cards, age proof and other relevant documents.
